In a world of new airlines, new routes, discount fares and direct ticketing arrangements, we have decided to offer all trips on a "land only" and flight inclusive basis. Since we are regularly asked what is the best choice, we have designed the following information to assist in making arrangements for your international flights. Please note that, in all cases, scheduled and chartered internal flights are included in the "land only" cost.

SMALL GROUP ADVENTURES
In the case of our small group adventure holidays (which take place on fixed dates) the itinerary is based upon scheduled flights with a preferred airline, you have three choices open to you:-

1. We can book a flight on your behalf through our ATOL licence. We will handle all of the arrangements and send you your tickets direct. For this service we charge a £50 per person booking fee.

Pros: We take care of all of the arrangements, ensuring you get the best fare and are on the right flight.

Cons: For this service we charge a £50 admin fee (please note that this charge is only designed to cover the costs involved in making the arrangements for you.

2. You can make you own arrangements to book onto this same flight.

Pros: No booking fee to pay and ease of co-ordination with the stated itinerary.

Cons: You must make the arrangement yourself and make sure the flight is indeed the right one!

3. You can make you own arrangements to book your flights.

Pros: You may be able to obtain the cheapest fare.

Cons: You must make all the arrangements yourself and it is also your responsibility to ensure that you book a flight which arrives in time to join the trip.

Please note that in the event that you do book your own flights, and something goes wrong e.g. a flight is cancelled or schedule is changed, we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent loss caused by these changes. While we will do everything we can to help, it is important that you consider this when making your international flight arrangements.

TAILOR MADE HOLIDAYS
In most cases, clients booking a tailor made trip ask for us to include international flights in the final holiday price. There are many advantages to doing this, none more so than being sure that the flights booked best co-ordinate with the planned itinerary.

You are, of course, free to book your own flights but is absolutely essential that these co-ordinate with the itinerary. We strongly recommend that you contact us with the precise flight details prior to booking.
